You'll choose from an exciting array of baking classes for your baking day in London, and also enjoy a breakfast and lunch.
Lunch includes a glass of wine, of course!Beginning at 9:30am, you and your group will be greeted by Eric Lanlard at the London venue, and enjoy a welcome breakfast with an introductory briefing before getting stuck in! In every class, you will be baking three different creations, all made from scratch.
You'll use fresh and high quality ingredients, alongside excellent equipment.
Whether you opt for a chocolate making class, French bakery or planted-based bakery class, Eric takes a fun but thorough approach to his teaching methods, making it the perfect atmosphere for a fun day out with friends but to also learn some incredible baking methods and tips! After all your hard work, relax and enjoy a lunch and glass of wine with your peers.
As you head back into the kitchen and add the finishing touches to your baked delights, you'll leave Eric's kitchen with your creations, a Cake-Boy apron, a recipe folder and a 10% gift voucher to use in the baking boutique.
