Under his capable supervision, you’ll
learn to bake buns using a ‘ferment’, in addition to white and
wholemeal loaves.
You’ll be tutored on dough development, proper
proving and shaping, and discuss the merits of various ingredients.
When your glazed creations head to the oven – and whilst you
anxiously await their reappearance – you’ll enjoy a tour of the
working watermill the class occupies, before the final test of your
day’s labour – the tasting!
