discover the secrets to baking authentic croissants and jewel-like,
filled Danish pastries.
You’ll whip up almond paste and classic
crème pâtissière, mix a sticky apricot glaze, and try your
hand at ‘laminating’ dough to give perfect, delicate layers.
When
your creations head to the oven – and whilst you anxiously await
their reappearance – you’ll enjoy a tour of the working watermill
the class occupies, before the final test of your day’s labour –
the tasting!
