Rally Driving Experience Days: This is a mind blowing half day rally driving experience in
Yorkshire that will equip you with all the important rally driving
skills, including steering and pedal control, power slides and
handbrake turns - not just great additions to your driving skill
repertoire; but magnificent fun as well! Behind the wheel of the
Ford RS2000 - a car synonymous with the Rally world, you'll get
some serious 'hands-on' driving experience in a controlled
environment.
With a professional instructor sat next to you, your
skills will be up for practising and perfecting on a gravel track -
with timed laps and challenging routes to test your new found
skills!
Your Rally Driving Experience in York will begin with a welcome
introduction, where you'll be shown the track, the car and your
professional instructor for the day.
Then, once acquainted you'll
begin your brief which covers the aforementioned and the safety
aspects before donning the race gear and hitting the practice area
for the first of your driving skill enhancement sessions.
Focusing
on steering control, pedal control and handbrake turns, you will be
under the watchful supervision of the instructor - before beginning
the first of six laps, the 6th of which is timed.
