Rally Driving Experience Days: Learn some seriously cool new rally skills during this superb half day course at the fantastic Silverstone Rally School.
Throughout the half day, you will get to grips with basic - but very important - rally driving skills, and put your new skills into practical use out on an authentic loose-surface rally stage!This great introduction to the sport of Rally Driving will equip you with some essential skills for pushing these cars and your limits out on the rally stage.
The stage consists of fast straights and tight corners or hairpin corners, allowing you and your instructor to really show some spectacular sliding skills! Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all driving techniques and aspects of controlling these powerful rally cars.
You will then get behind the wheel of the rally-prepared Subaru Impreza to practice power slides, handbrake turns, and a combination of both! You will then be taken out onto a full loose surface - or ‘rally special stage,’ with the instructor taking you through the circuit from the co-driver’s seat.
To finish, your instructor will give you a full summary of your driving skills from the session.
