On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by one of their gin tutors and shown around the former schoolhouse, built in 1861 by the Duke of Sutherland.
Over ninety minutes, you’ll sample several different styles of gin, including those produced on site.
You’ll be taught to identify the flavours of various botanicals and pair these with the right tonic water, mixer or garnish.
