five from around the world and discussing the flavours in each
before lunch is served.
There'll be a different wine accompanying
each course, and the instructor will talk through how the food and
wine is matched to create new flavours that perfectly complement

Following lunch you'll get to taste six different reds
from various regions, making a total of fifteen wines throughout
the course of the day!
