of watersports, but with the addition of the Flyboard in recent
years, Bournemouth watersports have truly been taken to the next
level!
The flyboard is a fantastically futuristic contraption that runs
off the power of a jet ski, shooting high-pressure jets of water
from two nozzles on its underside.
Your experience begins at Poole
Harbour where you'll get geared up before heading out towards
Bournemouth and into the open sea off Sandbanks Beach where your flyboard flight takes
place.
You lock your feet into bindings on the top of the top the
board, and when those water jets start to propel you out of the
water (and up to 15ft into the air), your main challenge is to find
your balance on the board and maintain a hover.
Once you have this
mastered you can start to try out more manoeuvres like turns,
flips, twists, and more, and you'll start to get full sense of just
how amazing and fun these flyboards really are! You will have full
instruction session before getting strapped to the flyboard, and
your qualified flyboarding instructor will be on-hand throughout
your 25 minute flight to offer you tips and techniques to help you
progress as quickly as possible!
