Your experience kicks off with a complimentary drink on arrival at the London Cookery School.
Once you have settled in and set up, the teaching chef will walk you through all the steps that you need to perfect your chosen dish.
Depending on the class you've chosen, you could find yourself cooking up a spectacular souvlaki or a superb South Indian curry, preparing and baking a pizza, or recreating the ultimate katsu 'fakeaway'.
As you get stuck in, the chef will be on hand to offer any tips and assistance you may need, or to remind you of any steps you may have missed.
