Paul’s Cathedral.
This tour starts in the crypt of St.
Paul’s
where the cathedral’s architect, Sir Christopher Wren, is buried as
well as Admiral Lord Nelson himself.
You’ll explore the crypt for a
while before heading up to the Cathedral’s most interesting
attraction – the Cathedral’s dome.
Inside the dome you will find
the famous Whispering Gallery where quiet whispers can be heard 100
feet away, and a little further up (well, 271 steps further up
actually) you’ll find the Golden Gallery, where you will get some
seriously spectacular panoramic views down over London.
You can
choose to join a guided tour, or to use the cathedral’s
touch-screen multimedia guide; whatever works for you! Of course,
on top of this fantastic exploration of St Paul’s, you get to enjoy
a hop-on, hop-off cruise along London’s lovely Thames.
