Grab your apron and join an experienced cook for
an afternoon of hands-on pasta making, Italian and Turkish
flavours, top tips and friendly conversation.
The experience takes place in Stratford-upon-Avon, in the West
Midlands, and your teacher is Fulden—a passionate cook and former
café owner.

she was a child, and she now loves sharing her knowledge with

You'll begin your class the way every good meal does: with dessert! Using high quality ingredients, you'll concoct a delicious tiramisu pudding before moving onto your homemade tomato and garlic pasta sauce.
Next, you’ll learn to
roll, cut and fill your Italian and Turkish pasta, using a traditional Italian dough
and a fillings such as minced meat, onion, fresh herbs and
spices (Turkish) and with mushrooms or smoked aubergines with parmesan filling.
Once they’re cooked and smothered in a quick tomato and
garlic sauce, it’s time to open a bottle of wine and eat! Enjoy a
delicious meal with your fellow students and take home whatever you
don’t finish!
