Arts and Crafts Experience Days: Learn to make your own eco-friendly soy wax candles during this fun two-hour craft workshop in Brighton.
With all materials and refreshments included, it’s a great way to nurture your creative side! Experiences take place at an independent gallery and studio in Hove, a short walk from Brighton city centre.
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by professional illustrator and designer Charlie—your tutor for the day.
She’ll begin by introducing some of the materials you’ll be using, including 100% pure eco soy wax, beeswax, various types of wick, natural oils and fragrances, dyes and containers.
Over two hours, you’ll learn to make a selection of floating, container and beeswax candles while enjoying complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits (morning sessions) or a glass of bubbly (afternoon sessions!).
Charlie will demonstrate each step of the process and remain on hand to offer tips and advice as you go about creating your designs.
