Land Boarding Experience Days: This land boarding lesson is a brilliant introduction to the
world of kite sports.
Land boarding is like kitesurfing's drier
little brother.
It is a great alternative to kite boarding when
there's no water to be found or conditions aren't right for the
water sport, but it also stands alone as a superb extreme sport
that allows you to get some serious air (after some serious
practice!)
Our one day introduction to Land Boarding in Hampshire is a lot of
fun, but it is also a valuable and intense lesson that will teach
you the kite control and safety skills necessary to get out there
on the board and start picking up some impressive tricks.
It is
undoubtedly great fun, and be prepared that a few bruises may go
with the territory on this one!The Hampshire landboarding course
begins with a short safety briefing from your land boarding
instructor, before you are introduced to the the equipment - land
board, kite, harness etc.
Then it's time to have some fun! You will
learn to fly and control traction kites which will get you used to
the power that the kites generate.
Once your kite skills are
developed it is time to get you onto the board to enjoy your first
runs.
