women of Whitechapel over one awful Autumn in 1888.
There is still
a lot of myth and mystery surrounding his heinous crimes, and his
identity has never been discovered, but this tour will give you a
little extra insight into the crimes he committed and the seedy,
dark world he inhabited.
During this Jack the Ripper tour you will find out all about the
history and background of the Ripper murders, and how they became
so very infamous.
The knowledgeable guides will take a look at the
public perception of his gruesome, gory crimes, and will compare
the folklore, gossip and hyperbole around the murders with the
reality of 1888.
You will visit the actual Jack The Ripper murder
sites and get a real sense of atmosphere, as your guide tells you
about all the various stories, theories and suspects that have come
into play over the years.
This is a walking tour, and is limited in size to no more than 25
people, meaning you will be able to easily hear your tour guide,
and will have a truly inclusive experience.
The tour begins and
ends at Liverpool Street station in the heart of London.
