During
this adrenaline-pumping experience, you’ll learn all the basics and
the most effective and efficient way to climb.
You'll be in for a
challenging, exciting and fun time - and you'll be amazed at what
you can achieve.
You will arrive at the centre for the start of your session and
meet with the instructors who will give you a safety briefing and a
run down on indoor climbing which includes the basic skills that
you will use on the wall.
You will then get to test yourself on the
wall with the instructors on hand to offer tips & advice and to
ensure your safety.
Your session will finish with having a go at
abseiling (London & Fort William) or having a go at more
advanced climbing techniques (Gloucester & Swansea).
