Your horse meditation takes place in the beautiful Lake District.
The experience starts with a lesson on horse safety and psychology to ensure everyone feels educated and safe in this environment.
A grooming session then begins so that the participants are able to form a bond with the horses.
After the horses have been groomed, stillness exercises commence to encourage relaxation.
When the group is still, the horses are able to respond.
Some may fall asleep next to you, others will make physical contact or simply move closer to you.
When this happens a guided meditation begins to create a state of stillness and serenity.
The goal of this experience is to feel closer with oneself and nature, build a connection with horses and spend some valuable time immersed in nature.
