Brewery Experience Days: Enjoy a full day behind the scenes of an award-winning brewery in Chelmsford as you learn about the beer brewing process from start to finish.
You and your group will be treated to breakfast and lunch, as well as beers throughout your brewery experience.
Your experience begins when you arrive at the brewhouse in Chelmsford and are greeted by your friendly professional brewer.
You will be offered tea and coffee as well as breakfast to enjoy before heading into the brewery.
As you taste your first beer of the day, your professional brewer will provide an explanation to the chemical process that happens inside the mash tun and the different types of ales and beers that are brewed there.
You will then watch and learn the re-circ, and sparging which will lead you onto your lunch and another delicious beer to try.
After your lunch break you will begin the next step in the brewing; the boil.
You will add hops and kettle finings to the mixture as each step of the process is explained to you, proving a thorough understanding of the process of brewing by five o'clock! This is the perfect gift for someone who loves a pint and would enjoy the experience of making their own.
