Watersport Experience Days: Master the basics of stand-up paddleboarding and cruise the waters of Brighton during this two-hour SUP lesson.
With no experience required, this paddleboarding session is a fun way to explore a section of the South coast!Begin your session by kitting up, and listening to a safety briefing with a rundown on SUP basics.
Once you and your fellow paddlers of the group are ready and raring to go, you will head into the water at Brighton Marina and venture out with your expert instructor.
As you learn how to control your paddleboard and navigate in the water, you and your group will gently make your way eastwards.
Heading toward Ovingdean and Rottingdean, you can admire the scenic sights of Brighton as you master the art of paddleboarding.
During your two-hours on the water you'll cover everything from safety awareness and rescue techniques to essential SUP skills, as well as a few fun games to try out.
Please bear in mind that should the weather be a little rough, the venue may change to Barcoombe Mills in Lewes.
The content of the lesson will be very similar, just with a different view.
