takes place at a lovely London microbrewery.
You'll join a group of
other beer enthusiasts on the day, and begin the workshop with a
briefing and a quick introduction to the brewery, given by one of the experienced brewing instructors.
Over the next four or five hours, in a marathon brewing session, you'll help to create a range of four different beers.
Exactly what you make during the workshop can vary, but whatever do make will be absolutely delicious and created using the finest hops, malt, barley and wheat.
Once the brewing work is done, you'll get to indulge in a little tasting session, sampling a superb range of local beers and ales.
As you leave at the end of the day, you can either take home a gift pack of London Beer Lab beers or a starter equipment for stove top brewing at home.
