Bird Of Prey Experience Days: If you've ever taken part in a birds of prey experience, then you'll understand how magical it is to get up close and personal with the beautiful species.
During this 90-minute interactive bird of prey experience in, you'll get the chance to handle and fly several beautiful birds.
At the start of this wonderful interactive experience, you'll be greeted by one to two expert handlers who'll cover everything that is going to happen over the next 90 minutes.
They'll begin the session with a health and safety briefing to make sure everyone feels confident in handling and flying the birds.
Then, it's time to meet the various types of species - including a Harris' Hawk, Verreaux's Eagle Owl, Eurasian Buzzard and the largest bird of prey on the team, a Steppe Eagle.
Birds may vary due to operational and welfare factors.
When it's time to handle and fly the birds, you'll witness firsthand the sense of power around them, they are perfectly adapted predators and it is a real privilege to be able to handle such creatures.
Throughout the session, the handlers will provide a commentary about the various birds, their natural history and personal backgrounds.
Just make sure you bring your camera along, as there will be a lot of photo opportunities!
