The off road driving
experience takes place at a superb, purpose-built off road driving
circuit in Shandon, Argyll - the perfect location to learn how to
handle these burly vehicles, as the track is jam-packed with
challenging and fun obstacles to really put you to the test!
Spend 90 minutes with a dedicated 4x4 off road driving instructor,
and learn jut how different a driving discipline it is as you get
used to the immense capabilities of either a Land Rover Discovery
or a Land Rover Defender.
Both vehicles are impressively big - and
a lot of fun to drive!
This beginners 4x4 driving lesson is taught by instructors who are
skilled, and very experienced in explaining the basics of of road
4x4 driving to total novices.
Within 90 minutes, you should expect
to progress quite a bit - but at at a pace that suits you.
The
lesson starts with a thorough briefing, introducing you to the
driving centre and the vehicles.
Your instructor will talk you
through the skills and techniques needed to guide those vehicles
over, around and through the any obstacles you will find in your
path throughout the challenging course.
This is a really thorough, intensive introduction to 4x4 driving,
and an ideal first off road experience.
Your instructors will make
sure you are challenged, but have the enthusiasm, patience and
experience to get you through the moments where the challenges
really kick in!
