Cooking Experience Days: Short of ideas in the kitchen? Well, not any more! During this
six-hour hands-on cooking class, in Kirkcudbright, you’ll watch a
professional chef prepare a variety of tasty dishes, before giving
them all a go yourself after lunch or the following day!
Experiences take place in the demonstration room of Scotland’s
hottest new cookery school, in the picturesque fishing village of
Kirkcudbright, Dumfries and Galloway.
The surrounding region is
home to several world-class food producers and artisans – some of
whose produce you’ll be using.

from a great range of six-hour classes – including introductions to
Indian and Thai cuisine, breadmaking, food for entertaining, fish
cookery, and more.
Whichever you go for, all will follow a similar
format.
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the resident chef who’ll
proceed to cook up a storm while answering any questions you have
to throw at them.
Later on or into the next day, you’ll be shown to
your own workstation, where you’ll recreate each dish under the
expert guidance of your tutor.
